The moulding itself takes place on top-class Arburg machines that allow us to work precisely even with highly demanding materials. Quality is our absolute priority, which is why we carry out a rigorous 100% inspection on 90% of all products.

Our production equipment
The heart of our moulding shop is a modern fleet of Arburg machines, including the latest 720 S model acquired in 2024, complemented by reliable BAT presses. For perfect joints we use Branson and Sonotronic ultrasonic welding.
